TRIAC dimmable 12V LED drivers

TRIAC dimmable 12V LED drivers are an excellent choice for both new builds and renovations, powering 12V dimmable LED bulbs such as G4 and GU5.3, as well as 12V LED strip lights. TRIAC dimming integrates easily into existing wiring, making it ideal for retrofit projects.

Compatible with standard TRIAC dimmers

Our TRIAC LED drivers work reliably with most common TRIAC LED dimmers. Recommended dimmers include:

  • Schneider Exxact UNI400LED (4–400W)
  • Schneider Exxact UNI200LED (5–200W)
  • ABB 2–400W LED dimmer

You can calculate the suitably dimmable triac transformer by telling you LEDtape watit/meter in the length of the tape, that is, if LED strip is 12W/m 12v And the tape you are installing is 3m, so 12W/m x 3m = 36W. Always choose about 20-30% higher standard voltage source, in this case 36W -> 50W 12V triac power supply.
