The purpose of processing personal data:
Personal data will be processed for maintaining and managing customer relationships in our e -commerce clients such as orders delivery, processing and archiving, contact and direct marketing required by the customer relationship, and for statistical purposes. The customer has the right to prohibit the use of information on themselves for direct marketing.
Register Information Content:
The following information is stored in the register: the customer's first and last name, customer number, address information, telephone number, sex, email, web address, language, information on marketing permits and prohibitions, as well as information on customer purchase transactions, deliveries and discounts, and any username. The email address and certificate used for Google or Facebook login. Information identified and derived through analytics use. E-commerce use and browsing information and terminal identification information. Information and tags used for product recommendation and other targeted content.
Regular sources of information:
Information is mainly collected from the customer himself or herself from e-commerce orders, through return and other forms, by telephone, email or similar. In addition, we may find more information from our partners, such as a credit service provider and Finnish corporate registers (ytj.fi).
Regular Disclosures:
The information is only used for the management of customer relationships and are not regularly disclosed to the external body. However, information may be disclosed in the context of the technical management of the e-commerce (eg server or e-commerce platform), delivery of orders, levying unpaid invoices, and by law, as required by law.
Only Lumicomp Oy's own employees are accessible to customer information and our staff is trained to use the information safely and ethically.
The transfer of data outside the EU or European economic area
The information will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Storage and Disposal of Data
Customer register data will be retained during the customer relationship. However, order billing and payment information will be retained, as with other accounting material. The information that has become redundant is safely destroyed.
Use of cookies
We can use cookies (so -called cookie) to monitor visitor traffic and improve the quality of the service and deposit on the user's computer. The duration of the cookies is limited and no damage to the user's machine.
The principles of protection of the register
The customer register is processed confidentially. The register is properly protected from external firewalls and other technical protective tools. The technical and process security of the trade systems are at a high level. Servers are protected against hackers and denial of service. The register is retained only in electronic form and occasional paper prints are destroyed immediately and properly.
The register is used only by the persons whose job description is used. Each registry user has a personal username and password.
Check
In accordance with the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to verify what information on them has been stored in the personal register. The request for inspection must be sent in a documented or similarly certified document or personally submitted to our office. Requests must be sent to the above contact person, who also responds to any requests for additional information.
Updating data
The customer can update their name and address information in their online store profile. In addition, the customer may contact our contact person to update their information.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
The customer has the right to prohibit the processing of his or her information for marketing purposes. The request for the processing of data processing must be submitted by email to the contact person in the register.
The customer may decide on targeted marketing, value -added services and take or not to receive various marketing messages.
Our website has Google Analytics tracking
The Lumicomp website has Google Analytics visitors tracking. Google Analytics is commonly used on websites. It allows us to analyze the information following anonymously and statistically the number of visitors:
- User IP address and browser type
- Following the course of the user's actions and session on our website on our website
- Which of the web address and from which server have the user become
- Where through the domain the user has come to the website.
